What does B-stock mean?

Our B-stock products are technically and sonically soundly intact. They only have minor external defects that do not affect their functionality in any way. These may include light scratches or minimal signs of wear and tear that occurred during the manufacturing process.

Kalimbas are reed instruments that originated in southern Africa and are found there in countless shapes and sizes. Our Kalimba B7 is carefully handcrafted in Germany from solid American cherry. The surfaces are treated with vegetable oils and waxes and polished. The seven reeds are precisely tuned to the C pentatonic scale, which promotes intuitive and free playing.
