Kalimbas are reed instruments that originate in southern Africa and can be found there in countless shapes and designs. Our Kalimba B7 is carefully handcrafted in Germany from solid American cherry. The surfaces are treated with vegetable oils and waxes and polished. The 7 reeds are precisely tuned in C-pentatonic, which supports intuitive and free playing.
